Biomechanics and You
The way you move can tell us so much about your body, your environment and your lifestyle. We lean on Biomechanical assessment to enable us to gain a deeper understanding and find all that makes your movement unique. We use that data to build a baseline based on facts that become the building blocks of a programme that improves balance, incrementally improves performance and reduces risk of injury.
Biomechanics is not new and it is certainly not exclusive to high performance, competition sports. The majority of our customers are not athletes - they are people who are often office based workers - be that working remote from home or at actual business office premises. Our clients have busy, stressful days, some battle anxiety and some struggle to find time to take care of themselves and their wellbeing. Given such a lifestyle we fully expect our clients to have body weaknesses and imbalances that affect their performance, training and their day to day life for that matter.

When it comes to physical training, moving with good technique and form is the starting point with all of our clients, regardless of their exercise experience. We embed that same approach in our 1to1 training programmes as well as our classes. Both focus on incremental learning and education as well as progress and enhanced performance with every session you attend.
