We take this very seriously and aim to always be transparent and clear about the data we collect from you and how we use that data. We make sure that we comply with The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

WHAT IS ‘PERSONAL DATA’

DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We collect personal data from you when you fill in forms on the site, contact us via email or other digital media channel, register an account with us, book group or personal sessions via the online booking system, make a purchase, register for webinar, coaching session or digital live event or otherwise interact with our Digital Services. You are able to browse our site without providing any personal information, but once you give us personal information we consider that you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this privacy policy. 

A. The information you give us may include your name, e-mail address, phone number, personal description, height, weight and gender.

B. Demographic and Fitness Information 

We may collect certain demographic information, including your age, gender identity,  when you register an account with us or purchase a One2One Personal Training Session.  We may collect certain personal data that you provide during the course of your continuous training with us which we collect via fitness and postural assessments, biomechanics assessments and any coaching relating to your overall fitness and health, including height, weight, measurements, body fat, performance metrics, current and past injuries and surgeries, nutritional information, biometric information, and fitness goals, and may also gather information about you that is used by our professional coaches to create personalised fitness and wellbeing programming. 

C. Payments and purchases 

We do not collect or retain credit card information. Our payment service provider will provide us with information about your purchases so that we know if a purchase has been successful. 

HOW WE USE COLLECTED AND STORED DATA 

We use data held about you in the following ways:

1. To carry out contractual obligations relating to the services we provide to you. 

2. For internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;

3. As part of our efforts to keep the Services safe and secure;

4. To provide you with information about other goods or services that we may offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about;

5. To provide you with information about our goods or services that we feel may interest you. 1. With Analytics, A/B testing and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the website and our services

You have certain rights relating to how we process your personal data, including the right to:

1. Access the personal data that we may hold about you. If you wish to exercise this right please contact us letting us know that you wish to exercise your right of access and what information in particular you would like to receive. Please note that we may not be able to provide all the information you ask for, for instance if the information includes personal information about another person. Where we are not able to provide you with information that you have asked for, we will endeavour to tell you why. We will try to respond to any request for a right of access as soon as possible, but we will always do so within 1 month of receipt of your request and evidence of relevant ID;

2. rectify any inaccurate personal data that we may hold about you. If you realise that any of the information that we hold about you is incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it as soon as we can;

3. have your personal data erased in certain circumstances, for example, where it is no longer necessary for us to process your personal data or where you object to your data being processed on certain grounds (for example, for marketing purposes). Please note that to ensure that we do not collect any further information you should also delete our app from your mobile devices and clear our cookies from any device where you have accessed our Services. Where we delete personal information about you, we may still retain some or all of that information for other purposes such as maintaining financial records, protecting or enforcing legal rights, maintaining marketing suppression lists or for technical reasons such as maintaining technical security or our database integrity. HOW CAN I DELETE MY INFORMATION?

We  currently do not have a method for users to directly delete the personal information, however, you can contact us to withdraw your consent for us to use your information at any time. You may also ask us to correct or to remove information that you think is inaccurate. We also provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify some of the information you provided to us and associated with your account if you have registered for an account with our website.
