At The Lab Fitness we are committed to growing the number of people who achieve a balanced lifestyle through mindful physical activity programming and continuous wellness education. All our online classes, One2One sessions, webinars and coaching and content is centered around that with the help of professional trainers and expert, balanced exercise programming. 

The Information we provide through our content and/or services though relating to your physical fitness and general well being is not meant to represent medical advice and must not be treated as such. 

 

Certain medical issues may indicate that you should not take part in exercise unless you have first obtained your doctor’s approval. We strongly advise that before starting any exercise regime you should consider consulting your doctor if you: 

  1. Have a heart condition and have been recommended only medically supervised physical activity by your doctor.  

  2. Have ever experienced unexplained chest pain during activity or at rest

  3. Lose balance because of dizziness or lose consciousness. 

  4. Have a bone or joint problem such as arthritis that can  be aggravated by exercise, or might be made worse. 

  5. Have been prescribed medication for your blood pressure or heart condition, or other serious illness. 

  6. Are currently pregnant, suspect to be pregnant or have you given birth in the last 6 months. 

  7. Know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity (e.g. uncontrolled diabetes or epilepsy) 

  8. Receiving treatment for any diagnosed medical condition

 

If you have any of the above, we strongly advise you to NOT to participate in any of the live or One2One sessions we provide as services. 

By purchasing a service from us you acknowledge that there is always an element of risk involved with any physical activity and your participation in any Session is solely at your own risk. If at any time during a Session you feel discomfort or pain you should cease the exercise and seek medical assistance as required. Your participation in these Sessions are entirely voluntary and you may opt out at any given time, if you so wish.
